TENDER NOTICE FOR LABOUR /CARTAGE AND TRANSPORTATION  FERTILIZER.

Markfed invites sealed tenders from the leading Labour Contractors/ Transporters for labour/ cartage work of fertilizer in Markfed Branches and transportation of fertilizer from Markfed Branches to Primary Agriculture Cooperative Societies attached with them and other Districts in the State of Punjab for the period  from 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2014. The tender for labour/cartage would be held as per the previous existing procedure whereas the tender for the transportation would be held through e-tendering. The prescribed tender form alongwith detailed  terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the concerned District Managers, Markfed on cash payment of Rs.200/- non refundable. The tenders will be received/ opened in the office of the concerned District Managers as per details given below:-

The conditional tenders and tender without earnest money will not be accepted. Markfed reserves the right to accept any tender without assigning any reason. The tender notice is also available on Markfed web site i.e. www.markfedpunjab.com.

Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of 4303 bags of paddy of crop 2009-10 lying at Markfed plinths at Faridkot

Interested parties may inspect the stocks on any working days. Prescribed tender form alongwith the terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of Markfed, HO, Plot No.4, Sector-35-B, Chandigarh on payment of Rs.500/-  on or before 07.01.2013 upto 1.00 PM. Complete tender form alongwith the earnest money @ 2% of tendered value of paddy in shape of Demand Draft in favour of “ The Punjab State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation Ltd.” payable at Chandigarh, shall be received upto 2.30 PM on 07.01.2013 at Markfed HO, Chandigarh and the same shall be opened on the same day at 3.00 PM in the presence of tenderers whosoever wishes to be present. Incomplete tenders and those without earnest money or conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The committee reserves the right to reject tender without assigning any reason.
