TENDER FOR SUPPLY ERECTION & COMMISSIONING OF FULLY AUTOMATED 6 TPH BASMATI PADDY PROCESSING (RICE MILL) AND PAR BOILING STEAMING DRYING UNITS ON TURNKEY BASIS AT RAJPURA(punjab).
Sealed tenders on prescribed forms are invited from Company/Firm or group of companies/firms by forming a consortium with a lead consortium partner with relevant experience for supply, erection and commissioning of fully automated unit for supply erection & Commissioning of 6 TPH Basmati paddy processing plant with the following scope of work on turnkey basis at Rajpura(Punjab).
a) 6 TPH basmati paddy processing unit (Rice Mill).
b Par boiling steaming and drying unit for 6 TPH basmati paddy
processing (Rice Mill) unit.
c) Boiler.
d) Building for Rice Mill.
Detailed specifications and other terms & conditions are laid down in the tender document which can be had from the office of Executive Director, 4, Markfed House. Sector 35-B, Chandigarh on payment of Rs. 1000/- only(One thousand only) (Non-refundable). Tender document can also be downloaded from the Website www.markfedpunjab.com and a demand draft favouring ‘The Punjab State Cooperative Supply & Marketing Federation Ltd., Chandigarh for Rs. 1000/- towards cost of tender to be enclosed at the time of submission of bid in the envelope for ‘Technical bid.”
Tender in two separate envelopes (i) Technical Bid (ii) Financial Bid, complete in all respects, accompanied by the earnest money specified in tender form, in the shape of Bank draft in favour of The Punjab State Coop. Supply & Marketing Federation Limited payable at Chandigarh must reach Markfed H.O. Sector
35-B,Chandigarh on or before 22.12.2008 at 2.30 P.M. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 3.00 P.M. in the presence of parties who may wish to be present. Financial bids of only such parties who qualify technically would be opened on a date which shall be intimated separately to the successful parties.
Parties may also be required to make presentations on their credentials, as also the Project proposals on the basis of technical bids. Earnest money as specified in the tender documents should form a part of the Technical bid envelope.
Managing Director, Markfed reserves the right to accept or reject any / all tenders without assigning any reason.

Markfed invites sealed tenders on the prescribed tender form for the purchase of Raw Material for Rabi 2008-09 for Agro Chemicals. The details are as under:-

Cost of Tender Form Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) alongwith terms and conditions can be had from the office of Manager, Markfed Agro Chemicals, 7&8B, Industrial Estate, Phase – I, Mohali and Chief Manager (Inputs) Markfed House 4, Sector: 35, Chandigarh on any working day during working hours. Earnest Money is Rs. 10,000/- for each item or 5% of the value which ever is less (earnest money is refundable) is to be deposited alongwith tender document by way of demand draft in the name of “ MARKFED AGRO CHEMICALS” payable at Mohali. All the technical material should confirm to relevant ISI specification and emulsifier should be suitable for the formulation of respect product. Sample of the Emulsifier be submitted along with specification for formulation before submission of tenders for evaluation of their quality. Tender shall be received in the office of Chief Manager (Inputs), Markfed House, Plot No. 4 Sector -35-B Chandigarh upto 1:00 PM. on 8/12/2008 and shall be opened on same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of tenderers who wish to be present in the committee room Plot no. 4 Markfed House, Chandigarh. Participants may quote their firm rates and no negotiations shall be held except with the lowest tenderer. Markfed reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason. Those parties who will down load the tender form from the web site should enclose a bank draft of Rs. 500/- being the cost of tender form.
